Method
  1. Place ice into shor glass.
  2. Pour in gin.
  3. Add aperol.
  4. Pour in lemon and passionfruit juice.
  5. Top with soda water.

Fresh 75 is fortifying strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin tanqueray and 10ml aperol with 10ml passion fruit juice as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml soda water also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shor glass then pour in gin and add aperol. Pour in lemon and passionfruit juice and top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
