French Collins Classic Cocktail

Lemon Juice

Ice

29% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Pour every thing into glass.
Fill glass with ice.

Whisky DeLoyre - DeLoyre Whisky is refined in oak barrels for several months by the Des Terres Rouges Distillery to develop a malty and dry aromatic field and a beautiful coppery colour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

French Collins Classic is appealing very strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky deloyre and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Pour every thing into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
