French Colada is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum spiced ratu 8year and 15ml cognac monnet with 15ml creme de cassis as well as 20ml pineapple juice including 20ml coconut cream also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and add a warm pear turnover on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
