Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in singani brandy.
Add finger lime juice.
Top with lemon soda.
Garnish with lemon round.

Fortnight is heavenly average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml singani rujero and 10ml finger lime juice with 60ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in singani brandy and add finger lime juice. Top with lemon soda and garnish with lemon round and served in a highball glass cold.
