Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add shot of black rum to glass.
Pour in orange juice.
Splash bitters on top.
Garnish with orange wheel.

Rum Black - Black Rum are usually made from caramelized sugar or molasses. They are generally aged longer in heavily charred barrels giving them much stronger flavors.

Bitters Orinoco - Orinoco bitters is flavourted by a host of botanicals such as cardamom cassia bark floral notes from Chamomile dried fruit flavours from raisins.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Forenoon Watch is pleasant tasting full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum black and 10ml bitters orinoco with 60ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into glass then add shot of black rum to glass and pour in orange juice. Splash bitters on top and garnish with orange wheel and served in a highball glass cold.
