  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with candied tangerine.

Forecast is yummy strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum orange bacardi and 45ml tangerine juice with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with candied tangerine and served in a martini glass cold.
