Forbidden City is bracing very strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml baijiu langjiu 30year and 30ml mandarin juice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just clean one segment of mandarin then place segment into glass and pour shot of baijiu over segment. Add in the mandarin juice and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
