Fontvieille is moreish robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin pink antidote and 30ml strawberry liqueur tosolini with 30ml champagne rose as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to cocktail mixing glass then add all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir until cold. Prong strain into glass and garnish with two strawberry fans and served in a martini glass cold.
