Method - Stirred - Cold

Place fairy floss into serving glass.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour in both gin and juice.
Stir all well together.
Strain over fairy floss in glass.

Flossy Fairy is sweet quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin pink tarsier and 15ml gin rose mg with 45ml raspberry juice as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place fairy floss into serving glass then place ice into mixing glass and pour in both gin and juice. Stir all well together and strain over fairy floss in glass and served in a martini glass cold.
