Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Gin Forty Spotted Summer - Pale pink rose is a delicate floral aroma of Turkish Delight musk sticks and jasmine balanced with bright citrus and savoury juniper. A big burst of rose petals and fairy floss lightens into lemon tarts and sherbet. The finish dries off with a pleasant lemon zest and a hint of pepper.

Galliano - Galliano is a sweet herbal liqueur made with licorice and anisette flavour and with a light yellow color.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Florida is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin forty spotted summer and 20ml galliano with 10ml campari as well as 40ml grapefruit juice including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
