Method - Poured - Cold

Place half the ice into tumbler style glass.
Drop in round of lime.
Add the rest of the ice.
Add in shot of pisco.
Pour in a little lime juice.
Top glass with aloe vera soda.

Built with 30ml pisco white harmans and 15ml lime juice with 55ml aloe vera soda as well as 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place half the ice into tumbler style glass then drop in round of lime and add the rest of the ice. Add in shot of pisco and pour in a little lime juice and top glass with aloe vera soda and served in a highball glass cold.
