  1. Warm serving glass.
  2. Drop in the snow peas.
  3. Add warm dumpling.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock.
  5. Sprinkle brandy on top.
  6. Drop in cocktail fork for eating.

Just warm serving glass then drop in the snow peas and add warm dumpling. Pour in the chicken stock and sprinkle brandy on top and drop in cocktail fork for eating and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
