Method
  1. Add the ice to glass.
  2. Pour in ounce of licorice liqueur.
  3. Add in soda water.
  4. Sprinkle galliano on top.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fiume is saporito average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml licorice liqueur leijona and 55ml lemon soda with 15ml galliano vanilla as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add the ice to glass then pour in ounce of licorice liqueur and add in soda water. Sprinkle galliano on top and served in a highball glass cold.
