Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Garnish with poached fish.

Consomme Fish - Fish Consomme is a stock made from fish and white light vegetables and clarified until clear of oil and sediment.

Fish Dip is scrumptious above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brennivin red egill and 45ml consomme fish with 15ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with poached fish and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
