Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well without ice.
  4. Pour all into chilled glass.
  5. Palatable

Fireside 75 is palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml brandy and 15ml gin navy strength rockland with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml cinnamon syrup including 60ml sparkling wine white and best at tea time. Just chill glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour all into chilled glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
