Fireside is delish quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml bourbon john j bowman and 15ml lemon juice with 30ml apple cider as well as 10ml honey including 10ml bitters also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with fine julienne of ginger and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
