Method - Poured - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less proof rum.
Quick shake.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Ignite 151 rum and pour on top.

Rum Dark - Dark rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by products such as molasses or honeys or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation.

Gin Sloe - Sloe gin is a red liqueur made with gin and sloe drupes which are a small fruit relative of the plum and must be over 25 percent ABV.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Rum 151 Proof - Overproof rums are much higher than the standard rums made from sugar and high in alcohol.

Fire Cracker is delectable heavy cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum dark and 15ml gin sloe with 30ml orange juice as well as 85ml ice also 15ml rum 151 proof and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less proof rum and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and ignite 151 rum and pour on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
