Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

Fighting 84 is divine robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 45ml okolehao and 45ml cola soda with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then add measure of okolehao moonshine and top glass with cola soda and served in a highball glass cold.
