Method - Poured - Cold

Part fill glass with ice.
Add fig liqueur.
Add lime juice.
Top with soda water or flat water.
Garnish with peel.

Lime Peel - The skin of a lime.

Fig Gimlet is qustosas tonic mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml fig liqueur smokva and 30ml lime juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just part fill glass with ice then add fig liqueur and add lime juice. Top with soda water or flat water and garnish with peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
