Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until grainy.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with fig.

Fig Liqueur Figaro - Figaro Fig Liqueur is a liqueur made from the fig and is created by macerating figs in fig brandy that has been distilled in a 19th century alembic still.

Rum Light White - Light rums also referred to as silver or white are distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane have very little flavor aside from a general sweetness and clear liquid.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Fig Pulp - Figs cunt into small pices and made into a pulp.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Fig Syrup - Syrup made from figs sugar and water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fig Colada is flavorous average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml fig liqueur figaro and 30ml rum light white with 30ml coconut cream as well as 30ml fig pulp including 20ml pineapple juice also 20ml fig syrup together with 80ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until grainy. Pour into glass and garnish with fig and served in a poco grande glass cold.
