Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Place then lemon peel into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Ornament top with mixed fruit.

Brandy Peach - Peach fruit brandy traditionally made from distillation of peachs.

Brandy Orange - Orange Brandy made by distilling a spirit then infused with orange into a rich orange flavour and deep amber color.

Curacao Dry - Dry curacao oranges with their highly aromatic skins have their zest removed and made into a fine citrus liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Jam Guava - Guava jam or guava jelly is made with clean guava fruit cooked pectin and sugar into a thick guava jam.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Fifth Avenue Hotel Punch is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy peach and 30ml brandy orange with 10ml curacao dry as well as 15ml lemon juice including 15ml jam guava also 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then place then lemon peel into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and ornament top with mixed fruit and served in a highball glass cold.
