Fierro is iuncidus mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 90ml wine red barbera and 30ml vermouth rosso foro with 30ml water hot and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just warn serving glass then add in the red wine and pour in the vermouth. Stir in a little hot water and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
