Method
  1. Cube feta cheese.
  2. Add feta to glass.
  3. Place ice into mixing glass.
  4. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Strain into glass over feta cheese.
  7. Top with sprig of crispy watercress.

Feta Watermelon Dipper is nummy quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml watermelon liqueur giffard and 30ml vodka with 10ml watermelon juice as well as 10ml lime juice including 100ml ice and had with cheese style dishes. Just cube feta cheese then add feta to glass and place ice into mixing glass. Add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well and strain into glass over feta cheese and top with sprig of crispy watercress and served in a martini glass cold.
