Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into bar mixing glass.
Add ingredients into bar mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.

Stirred with 25ml brandy apricot wenneker and 25ml gin with 25ml vermouth dry as well as 15ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into bar mixing glass then add ingredients into bar mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
