Method - Stirred - Cold

Place the ice into lage glass.
Add in a shot of brandy.
Pour in the amarula cream.
Add in the ice cold milk and cream.
Stir in the orgeat syrup.

Amarula Cream - Amarula is a cream liqueur made with sugar cream and the fruit of the Marula tree also called the Elephant Tree or Marriage Tree.

Orgeat Syrup Crawleys

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fat Elephant is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy and 30ml amarula cream with 15ml orgeat syrup crawleys as well as 20ml milk including 60ml cream also 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place the ice into lage glass then add in a shot of brandy and pour in the amarula cream. Add in the ice cold milk and cream and stir in the orgeat syrup and served in a goblet glass cold.
