Shaken with 30ml brandy carta real cardenal mendoza and 30ml gin with 20ml maraschino liqueur maraska as well as 10ml mint syrup monin including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with ginger and served in a saucer glass cold.
