Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Place ice into shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Fancy Scotch Person is thirst quenching heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky scotch black douglas and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
