Fancy Italiano is deliziosa strong cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vermouth dry extra cinzano and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters fernet branca including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with more ice and add bocconcini cheese on the side and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
