Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Fancey Cognac is extremely pleasant heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml cognac camus vsop and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters blood orange including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
