Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Tart

Fallen Angel is tart robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin barrel aged mchenry and 15ml creme de menthe with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml bitters brandy kenny including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
