Faisan Tardif is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml cognac courvoisier xo and 45ml consomme pheasant and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just heat up pheasant consomme then warm shaker and heat cubes and add whole leaf tarragon to shaker. Vigorously shake and add cognac and pheasant consomme to shaker and stir well and strain into warm glass and garnish with a few tarragon leaves and served in a balloon glass warm.
