Fairy Champagne is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin pink bondi liquor and 70ml champagne rose and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use ice cold champagne glass then add a little rhubarb pulp into glass and pour in ounce of pink gin. Add in the rose champagne and dress top with pink fairy floss and served in a flute glass cold.
