Method
  1. Use ice cold champagne glass.
  2. Add a little rhubarb pulp into glass.
  3. Pour in ounce of pink gin.
  4. Add in the rose champagne.
  5. Dress top with pink fairy floss.

Fairy Champagne is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin pink bondi liquor and 70ml champagne rose and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use ice cold champagne glass then add a little rhubarb pulp into glass and pour in ounce of pink gin. Add in the rose champagne and dress top with pink fairy floss and served in a flute glass cold.
