Fairy Bower Beach is restoring mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin and 30ml pomelo syrup with 110ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just place the ice into goblet glass then add in the gin and pour in the water. Stir in the pomelo syrup and served in a goblet glass cold.
