Shaken with 30ml whiskey irish west cork and 20ml egg white with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar including 30ml tonic soda also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add line and sugar to shaker then drop in the egg white and vigorously shake.
