Method - Shaken - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add the rest of the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.

Just fill glass with ice then add the rest of the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
