Excelsior is divine light in flavour cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml port wine taylor and 120ml consomme mushroom and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just heat up the mushroom consomme then warm serving glass and add port winr to glass. Stir in the consomme and serve with mushroom pastry and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
