  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Evil Eye is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tequila perro de san juan and 30ml curacao blue maison with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
