Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass and omit blue curacao.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Pour blue curacao into center of glass.

Ever Green is appealing robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin vino cellars and 30ml melon liqueur vok with 30ml vermouth as well as 10ml curacao blue including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and omit blue curacao and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and pour blue curacao into center of glass and served in a martini glass cold.
