Method
  1. Add heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Fine strain into glass.
  5. Garnish top with chili.

Evel is beguiling very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml bourbon and 10ml tabasco habanero pepper sauce with 10ml lime juice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add heat cubes and cocktail shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with chili and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
