Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with eucalyptus leaf.

Eucalyptus Martini is tasteful very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin fosseys and 15ml orange liqueur with 20ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml eucalyptus syrup including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with eucalyptus leaf and served in a martini glass cold.
