Method - Layered - Cold

Chill flute.
Add ouzo.
Pour in lemonade juice.
Add sparkling white wine or champagne.
Float almond liqueur on top.

Ouzo Meltemi - Meltemi ouzo is said to be Smoother than Milk with clean clear look.

Lemonade Juice - Juice from the lemonade fruit with a sweet tasting citric acid level cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon. AKA Darwins Citrus Juice.

Sparkling Wine White - Sparkling white wine is a wine with significant levels of carbon dioxide in it making it fizzy.

Amaretto Liqueur Eros - Eros Liqueur Amaretto delicate and nutty Amaretto is derived from almonds. This rich liqueur has a creamy texture and a lovely sweet finish that coats the palate. Amazing when served with lemon or lime.

Ethikos is tasteful strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml ouzo meltemi and 10ml lemonade juice with 60ml sparkling wine white as well as 10ml amaretto liqueur eros and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill flute then add ouzo and pour in lemonade juice. Add sparkling white wine or champagne and float almond liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
