  1. Place ice into collins style glass.
  2. Add in the blanco tequila.
  3. Splash in the lime juice.

Espolon Paloma is heavenly average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tequila blanco espolon and 15ml lime juice with 55ml fresca soda as well as 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into collins style glass then add in the blanco tequila and splash in the lime juice. Top glass with fresca soda and served in a highball glass cold.
