Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Eruption is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky mad mac and 30ml creme de cassis joseph cartron with 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
