Method
  1. Garnish inside of glass with caramel syrup.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Dry shake well.
  5. Pour into glass over ice.

Erin Cream Shake is tasty average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml chocolate liqueur cream erin and 40ml milk cow with 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just garnish inside of glass with caramel syrup then fill glass with ice and add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake well and pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
