Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Erechtheion is energizing quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml kumquat liqueur mavromatis and 30ml brandy metaxa reserve with 30ml amanatsu juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
