Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Enoch is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml umeshu yamazaki and 30ml soju tyku with 15ml moonshine bone spirits as well as 15ml plum juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
