Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour into glass over ice.

Gin - Gin is liquor which derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries. The term gin is a abbreviation of Geneva.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

English Highball is finger licking quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin and 15ml brandy with 15ml vermouth sweet as well as 40ml soda water including 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
