Enchanted Garden is refreshing strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry gin lane 1751 and 50ml cucumber juice with 10ml bitters fennel kenny as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then place fennel seeds and bitters into shaker and vigorously shake. Add in gin and juice and shake well again and pour all into short glass then pack more ice cubes into glass and garnish top with fennel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
