  1. Add poached celery knot into glass.
  2. Add in the celery juice.
  3. Slowly add in the sparkling white wine.
  4. Sprinkle a little celery bitters on top.

Just add poached celery knot into glass then add in the celery juice and slowly add in the sparkling white wine and sprinkle a little celery bitters on top and served in a flute glass at room temperature.
