  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Empire Waist is moreish robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml gin pink rocky jones and 30ml pomegranate juice with 10ml pomegranate syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
